When I entered the store, I was greeted politely by a new team member named Isiah, who had excellent customer service. However, I then waited almost 10 minutes because every other employee was outside the store, leaving him alone. He informed me that he was unable to take orders and that both the manager and general manager were supposed to be on site. He checked the bathroom—no one was there. He then walked outside to find them. While I was waiting, I placed my order online to save time. When a male employee finally walked back inside, I asked if he was the manager. His response and demeanor showed no urgency or concern. I told him I intended to file a complaint, and he simply replied, “Okay.” I then asked for the general manager, and he told me he did not know where she was. As someone who has previously been a general manager, this type of behavior is extremely unprofessional, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no leadership present in that store. I am requesting that someone from corporate contact me regarding this situation, as this store needs immediate attention and corrective action. Thank you for your time.
