I asked for no cheese on my fries but they still gave me cheese and I also asked if they could add BBQ sauce along with the ranch, but that didn’t happen either. I’ve only been to this location twice but I will never go again. The past 2 times I’ve been here the customer service was horrible, they got the order wrong both times. Also the phone number linked to the website does not work, you will get sent to an unavailable service line. I definitely would not recommend coming here.

I got to the restaurant the lady said sat down in her phone and ignored that I walked in. It took about 10 minutes for her to address me and she said she did not have my order she only had a Sabrina’s order. I showed her the receipt and she said my order was not in the system. I also showed her the transaction on my bank. I told her I want a refund since she isn’t trying to give me my food. She then says my order is in the system and she was going to start making it. By now it’s 7:20 I placed my original order at 6:30. I asked for her names so I can leave a review and she said wouldn’t give it to me. She said I don’t need to leave a review. I said I am going to call the hire up and asked for her name she said Sabrina. I asked for her manager and she walked away. I am highly dissatisfied because I absolutely loved their food but their workers are distasteful. I spent $60 on food from here and this interaction made me lose my appetite.
