  I go to this taco bell regularly as it is close to my house, this morning my order was taken by a lady.I have ordered from before.I believe her name is Stephanie per the receipt. food that I had ordered and what was on the receipt did not add up the meals I get which I normally get here, were broken down as individual items. Honestly, it just seemed like the language barrier what's the cause?Because the food was somewhat accurate to what I ordered.It was just individually priced instead of having meal pricing. So the sodas were bought individually instead of included with meals , and we were short a couple burritos. i definitely should have checked before I left the drive through, but as soon as I parked in the parking lot and looked at the food, I noticed the errors and went back through the drive through, I showed Stephanie and explained it probably was jusr an honest error becauae i spoke too fast and maybe she confused the words or thought i ordered differemtky but that me ordering this all item by item is much more expensive and makes no sense she responded with a smug smile and denied my request. Really didnt want to leave this review but its unnaceptable service in my opiniom

  The last time I went to Taco Bell was more than 2 years ago because of a bad experience. Today (12/5/2026) I decided to give it another shot. I was disappointed to have to bite into a piece of loose paper in the middle of my taco meat. Not cool guys. The kids were professional and courteous but not a great food experience.
