- SSSamantha (Samantha)3 days ago1.0I used their mobile app and got one of the freezes and one of the refresco drinks, waited in the Drive-Thru and then when I got to the window was informed that the base for the freeze flavor that I ordered wasn't working so I could have one of the other flavors. I asked for two of the refrescos instead since I didn't like the other flavors of the freezes and apparently that was too much for them to accommodate. Because of a 50-cent difference. Really? it's not my fault your machine is not working and I'm not going to take a product that I don't like because of it. All I was trying to do was grab a drink on my way to work. But thanks for wasting my time, I didn't know that 50 cents would really make or break a corporation. Times are tough though. I won't be back.
