They wasted 15 minutes of my husband's time asking to see the order on his app even though he had the order confirmation email on his phone, just for them to tell him that they didn't have any of the bread that we ordered. Then, they refused to refund us for both of our sandwiches and said that it was up to us to cancel the order even though it literally says in the Subway FAQ to "Order carefully! An order cannot be modified or cancelled via the Subway® app or online once it is submitted and there will be a charge even if the order is not picked up. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact the restaurant where the order was placed (you can find that info on the 'Order Details' page)." This store desperately needs some retraining, especially "Tonvia", if that's even her real name.
