My online pickup order was a joke: I specifically asked for extra vegetables for every topping, and still got a sad, skimpy sandwich that looked like they were rationing food during an apocalypse. To top it off, they didn’t even throw in a single napkin. Between the stingy portions, lousy customer service, and complete lack of care, this place is a disgrace to the Subway name. Never again.

I was informed I could pick another drink I told the lady I can't drink soda can I please just get a refund for my drink since they have nothing I could drink just to be told no they don't do refunds. How is it a person can pay for something you can't give them but they are forced to take something else they don't want or can't have. I will admit I eat at subway a lot maybe a dozen times a month but after this experience I will NOT return to this store again. I have the did 4 stars just because my sandwiches are normally good but I haven't tried it yet after dealing with this lady
