The level of customer service and sandwich preparation went from about a 3/10 to 9/10 to 10/10 depending on the employee you get. All new crew, so much better then the last crew. Everyone knows what they are doing, my sandwiches get marked so I'm not scrambling and having to open every sandwich to figure out which one goes to who. They are fast, really well at asking for additional add-ons which I wouldn't otherwise think to add, but when I do the flavor just rises to the top! Definitely the BEST Subway in Sacramento, tied with the other Subway farther down Truxel next to Bella Bru! Everyone must go to both, you definitely wont regret it. Sandwich in the air because I'm HAPPY!
