  The woman who runs this place is so unbelievably rude. She charged my debit card 2x for the same order and refused to reverse the charges. Wow

  Just went to pick up a couple sandwiches but the staff here was very kind and courteous. It's nice to experience that type of energy.

  Horrible customer service. I honestly never really give a dam about these things but wow. While finishing up with a customer and asked if I was ready to order, I explained I was ordering through the app to idealize the footlong coupon, and I was responded to with ok. After the order went through I realized the coupon didn't work and I was charged full price and when I tried to ask about it she explained they don't take online coupons (AFTER SAYING THATS EXACTLY WHY I WAS ORDERING THROUGH THE APP AND TOLD OK!!!) She then stated she was busy and didn't realize thats what I said, mind you there was no one else there after the 1 person before me! She was unapologetic in any way, didn't try to make up for it, and for the most part was just rude. When asked if I still wanted the sandwichs or for her to just cancel it, I canceled it. I was super bummed how rude she was for the fact that I live across the street and could have been a avid customer.
