- MRmayra rubioDec 4, 20252.0My husband and I made an online order for pick up. The sandwiches were made and ready for pick up except there was a misunderstanding on the special instructions. After explains the misunderstanding the manager acted like she didn’t want to remake it. She don’t offer to remake and did not appear to want to be helpful. I had to ask for her to remake it. She remade it but it was not how it was ordered. Both sandwiches were requested with pepper jack cheese and we got American cheese. So they just choose how they want to make our sandwiches I will not be going there any more. The store used to be my go to I’ve actually been going to that subway since I was a little girl but the management and owners have made this place unwelcoming. Not to mention the activity outside the store. Damaged building homeless people and garbage. When I asked if they’ve made calls to take care of this they did not have a response.
