I like subway. This is the sandwich place I go to especially when I’m traveling because they are consistent. However, today I stopped there and was very disappointed. The restroom was locked and when I asked the girl at the counter, she responded it was out of order. (There was no sign on the door.) ordered a roast beef sandwich and when I went to eat it, the meat was not sliced roast beef but had the consistency of pate. When I paid for my sandwiches, the girl yanked the money out of my hand. She couldn’t even wait for us to leave before she took some lunch meat from the tray and disappeared to the back. We had obviously interrupted either her lunch break or a phone conversation. I will not be returning to this particular Subway when I am traveling through Sacramento again.

Hands down one of the worst subways you can go to. Idk why I made the mistake of coming here. They don’t care about customers at all. Only had 1 girl working. Ordered kept coming in and she was moving at the pace of a sloth. Like literally do you just hire anyone these days. Got 2 footlongs and she made sure there was barely any meat in there. So bad that you can see the bottom of the bread. My first sign should have been when they didn’t even have the whole wheat grain bread. If that wasn’t enough, I wanted to use my rewards and get points for the app and this worker didn’t even know how to work the system. Literally just hiring anyone. She in fact made me awkwardly stand there while telling me oh nothing is showing up. I can’t do anything even though she saw my phone with the reward on it. Like what???? Left with $27 bread no points and terrible service. Thanks a lot.

I tried placing an order online, but I kept receiving a message that the system at this location was down. I went inside Subway to inform the manager/owner, but he wasn’t sure what was going on. I asked if he could honor the 20% off code I intended to use in the app, but he said it could only be applied through the app. It’s hard to believe a manager wouldn’t be able to honor that discount. Needless to say, I took my business to another Subway location.
