  I tried placing an order online, but I kept receiving a message that the system at this location was down. I went inside Subway to inform the manager/owner, but he wasn’t sure what was going on. I asked if he could honor the 20% off code I intended to use in the app, but he said it could only be applied through the app. It’s hard to believe a manager wouldn’t be able to honor that discount. Needless to say, I took my business to another Subway location.

  The vegetables looks like they are old not very attractive. I oder the black forest ham, the meat looks like it's been there for a long time. I hope i don't get sick....do not recommend this place

  Disappointing - the hours listed online, on the door and the flashing “open” sign indicated that this location was open until 9pm today, yet when I showed up a few minutes after 8, the door was locked. I knocked on the door and no answer, so I called the phone number and no answer. As I started my car to leave, I notice an employee come to the door and unlock it. I decide to go in since I was looking for a quick bite to eat from there. The employee didn’t speak at all or greet me when I made it to the counter to order. Very rude. I ordered a sandwich and was told they don’t have it in stock. I decide on something else and was told they didn’t have that either. I ordered a 3rd option and was told again that they didn’t have it. This was a completely unacceptable experience all around - it started with not being able to enter the store, unable to reach an employee by phone, then entering the business to very poor customer service and then ultimately leaving because they don’t have many ingredients in stock/available to serve a customer. If the business is open until 9, then the business should be staffed, have product available to sell to customers and provide customer service. These are very reasonable requests. Close the store early, if necessary, if you don’t have the staff or product available to provide the service.

  Woman working is extremely rude. Gave my pick up order to someone else and took 20 minutes to remake it just now. I wish i read these reviews before coming here. Please clean your store and hire new staff. Disgusting.
