- ANAlly NFeb 11, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. My sandwich was sloppy and poorly put together from the start. After I began eating it, I found a hair inside. I have clear photos and video. While my sandwich was being made, I watched the employee handle other orders and touch other items with the same gloves before going back to my food. That alone was concerning. When I called to report the hair, I was told I needed to bring the sandwich back to prove it. I explained I had photo and video evidence and that I did not want another sandwich — I simply wanted a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told that neither employee had “white hair,” which felt defensive and dismissive. Finding hair in food is unacceptable. The lack of care in preparation and the way this was handled has completely turned me off from returning. I will not be coming back.

I keep going back and continue to tip. Never a thank you for the tip or purchase. The tip cup should be abolished for sandwich makers that show no gratitude for their tin cup. Is it their culture? Don’t know but welcome to the USA. Please act like it.

Much better than some of the franchised subways. I’m always in and out very quickly, good portions, great value, store always looks clean and spotless. Excellent staff. Would highly recommend.
