Today around 6 pm, I ask the customer service person for a cup of water and she bluntly denied having any. In this case usually they offer the regular small size cup, but not today! because she was on the mission to say no. I left with disappointment and I may not return here, unless the customer service is restored. The food is the usual Subway food. Have a blessed day.
