Don't get me started . Just that I won't be returning here . I rather drive another 15 mins to the location. What's worse of that night was the fact the Roseville manager asked the employee if he needed help and denied it . My husband even asked if he want help . He worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and his serv card still works . And he denied help from him too.

I had ordered only 2 combos, after 50 minutes of waiting someone finally came out to tell us that they actually don't have one of the burgers anymore. I didn't mind ordering something else but what I do mind is the fact they made me wait 50 minutes to finally tell me that actually don't have it. After changing my order they came back outside to tell us that apparently their frier exploded and they couldn't make our sides. At this point we decided to just get a refund and get our drinks to leave, but they couldn't even do that, we waited even longer for just 2 drinks until we got fed up and just left. Horrible experience and completely ruined my night.

The Food and drinks here are great what gets me is the customer experience.
I ordered my food on the app and arrive at the estimated time the app shows my food will be ready by. When I enter the drive through me and another car were asked to wait. 6 minutes have gone by and still waiting. Once it’s my turn I let them know I had a mobile order. He asked me to pull forward. When I got to the window he asked which order was I and I had to repeat I made a mobile order. He said “oh..right” and said one moment. I’m thinking he is going to get the bag. No turns out it wasn’t even ready and I was in like for about 15 minutes. He needed to take additional time to make my food. Comes back to the windown and just stares at me and gives me the bag. Left the window and he mumbled something as I was leaving.
I have come to this sonic many other times but this time it was bad.

This place is the absolute worst, not sonic, but overall fast food experience of all time. Customers waiting an hour plus for food not even myself but an extremely large group of customers. actually as i’m writing this a customer stated “i’ve been waiting 45 minutes for my order” the place in insane. i can guarantee it’s one of those businesses where they absolutely REFUSE to hire people. there’s only 3 workers total that we have seen so it proves that point exactly. not to mention upon looking outside at the cars, they only had about 4 cars total outside. they told us that there was about 6 orders ahead of us. now i have absolutely no problem with waiting but an hour plus is absolutely absurd. not to mention, NONE of the workers know how to cancel an order everyone has about as much knowledge as I do about that place and i’ve never even worked at the damn place. no such thing as really “cancelling an order” the list could go on. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS SONIC. THE DEMAND IS TOO HIGH FOR THERE TO BE ABSOLUTELY NO WORKERS. FIX THIS ASAP
EDIT: If we don’t get our refund we absolutely will escalate this and be happy to do so. don’t like it do something about the location.

Ordered and waited 1+ hours for food. Staff didn’t interact or resolve any issues claiming they couldn’t do anything about it. Multiple people complained saying they waited just as long. Worst Sonic location/experience ever.
