They refunded me the money that was nice but the inconvenience. I just caught these ones I've been shopping at Safeway for over 30 years I'm really checking my receipts for now on. We're talking a total of $20 in 6 days.

I requested assistance from an employee, Emily, to have the bouquet wrapped. I immediately noted a dismissive attitude. Typically, florists offer a selection of ribbon and wrapping options. Emily did not provide these choices, and while I initially attributed this to the Valentine's Day rush, I later observed that other options were available. Upon handing me the wrapped bouquet, Emily commented that it was not her best work. I find this unacceptable. While I appreciate the wrapping service, I expect employees to perform their duties to the best of their ability. The presentation of the bouquet was Terrible Additionally, the employee at the self-checkout was hesitant to provide her name, doing so only after I affirmed that Emily had done a satisfactory job. As a result of this experience, I will not be going back for flowers !
