A homeless person was shopping and smelled absolutely horrendous and could see other shoppers turning away. I know everyone has a right to shop but this particular experience is unhealthy for other shoppers. What can be done to manage this?

The only problem here is the outside of the store, the ground around the store is so filthy they need to pressure wash it or something cause it really brings the image of the store down and also there are a lot of homeless people in the parking lot please fix those problems.
