That being said, there is not one thing I’ve eaten here that I didn’t like. They are super busy but they keep the line moving and are friendly. . I highly recommend Roxie’s deli as one of the best sandwich spots if not the best deli in town!

I thought my sandwich was made wrong after I placed comments in the box and removed some items from the sandwich. I didn’t get what I ordered. The owners called me by phone after my review the same day to apologize and tell me that due to a mistake, I was given the wrong sandwich. They refunded my money and sent me a gift card to use for a future purchase. To me, this is excellent customer service and it was honestly way above and beyond what I expected would happen. I want everyone to know that the owners of Roxie care about their customers and want to make it right. Very few businesses demonstrate this quality so I wanted to be sure to tell everyone. Thank you Roxie!
