I have been back to Noah's ever since! Hi all, so I typically rave about how awesome Noah's bagels is. However, this morning's experience has me questioning my future visits to Noah's. So I walked into the J street location this morning like always to pick up my mobile order. However, this morning was especially busy.....which is ok. But there was mass confusion and disorganization on customers picking up their orders......and the Staff DID NOTHING to engage the waiting customers. So they gave me my order WAY past the estimated wait time, which is fine, but my Vanilla Cold Brew had no vanilla in it, and no straw (they've always given a straw). Meanwhile still no engagement with waiting customers. Hence, I will be taking "a break" from Noah's for a while to decompress and go to Starbucks (sigh) for a few days.
