The bagels were fresh with a nice chew, and the breakfast sandwiches were warm and filling. Tried a few options — cheesy bagel with egg and ham, bacon and egg on a soft bun, and an everything bagel with avocado and egg. All were well made and nicely balanced. Ingredients tasted fresh, portions were satisfying, and the everything bagel seasoning added great flavor without being too salty. It does get busy, especially in the morning, but service was efficient and the system felt organized. A solid breakfast spot with plenty of choices — would definitely come back again.

Mind you, it had been accepted with no cancel notice on my end for well over half an hour. To make it worse they thought I was the DoorDash person picking it up despite it being a customer pickup, so they weren’t even nice or tongue-in-cheek about it - they just told me to tell the customer that it was cancelled 😭

Very, very fresh and tasty. I don't even know what my girlfriend had - she inhaled hers before I got a good look at it. Service is cheerful, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Located very conviently to East Sac & Midtown. I'd come here often if I lived on the Left Coast. (Edit: came back the next day and voilà my lovely lox bagel! So good!)
