  Why do u hire people to hide in the drive through? U r the only McDonald that is quiet on a Sunday night..I had to get out of my car and go in get the food..there was no one in the drive through no stars for service

  I've ordered here a couple of times and the fries are always half of what they should be. Other than that, everything else has been alright for me.

  If only the place could get minus stars on google. This one store would have millions. I ordered the 4 mc crispy strips and since I was very hungry and they were super hot, I did not realize until the 3rd strip which is not even chewy. I am unsure of what they are selling. I have ordered several times or even more from this place and they always mess up something. They never have gold sauce in stock (which is understandable) If its out of stock its out of stock. But food of zero quality, serving without even cooking properly???? 2-3 days back I ordered spicy wrap and strips and I specifically asked for 3 cups of sauce as 2 comes with it, I paid for 1 extra. And they gave me only 1 sauce. Like lol even on regular days 2 comes with it. And the worst wrap they ever served. All the sauce is in the bottom side corner and the whole wrap was dry. And they always serve like this. I open the wrap myself and align the mixture in it so every bite has sauce. Now, on regular days I would not even bother complaining but Food is life and when you haven't eaten since morning and MCD seems like an easy option, huhhh!!! they should fix it. The food is pathetic, undercooked and not fresh. I have taken video of chicken strip and my order receipt. But I don't think they will bother for just 1 customer review until a video or a feedback reached 1 million views and company sees it as threat. But even after so many reviews on google and response .. if they still cook this way, then MCD has no control over who they are giving franchise and what's happening inside it. My review is specifically about store on 3331 W El Camino Ave Sacramento CA 95833.

  Dry and stale fries, straws were bent and broken in the bag, apple pies were cold, chicken was lukewarm
