The person taking orders gets distracted by doing other things, like cleaning, while customers are waiting, and they serve other orders out of order. It took 55 minutes to get three drinks. If they have so many online orders, they should hire more staff, because waiting almost an hour for three drinks is terrible, and it is not the first time that I have waited too long.
