There are too many local mom and pop donut shops with excellent customer service and great donuts that I can shop at for you to be lacking in that area as bad as you are. This is coming for someone who buys multiple dozens a week for my staff and clients. Step it up or forever lose a customer.

I driver over 30 minutes so it’s not like I can hop on over and get the correct ones another day. No one bothered to even call me beforehand. Ridiculous 1/29 - I reached out via the website the same day and am currently waiting for a call back or an email. So far, nothing.
