    i stopped by jamba juice and had such a great experience! the place was super clean, the vibes were positive, and carol is super nice and welcoming, i ended up getting the mango go go and it was really good and blended how i wanted it.

    Date: 11 August 2025 Time: 1:06 I visited your store today and had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I was in line, patiently waiting my turn, but when it finally came to me, I was completely ignored. Every other customer before me was served promptly, but I was left standing for approximately 15 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging me or offering assistance. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for your customers’ time. I expect an explanation and immediate action to ensure this does not happen again. If this is how Jamba Juice treats paying customers, I will seriously reconsider ever returning.😞
