I was in line, patiently waiting my turn, but when it finally came to me, I was completely ignored. Every other customer before me was served promptly, but I was left standing for approximately 15 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging me or offering assistance. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for your customers’ time. I expect an explanation and immediate action to ensure this does not happen again. If this is how Jamba Juice treats paying customers, I will seriously reconsider ever returning.😞
