I’m leaving this three star review only because I’m hoping maybe the manager sees it and he can instruct all of his employees on teaching them how to work the discount for the three-pointers for Kings games to get the three dollar smoothie. Hate going in to get my discounted smoothie and then proceeding to attempt to instruct the employee on what to do for 5-10 minutes ending in them still not figuring out how to apply the code for my discount.

But I order double whey on a large smoothie to get all my macros in and this lady didn't want to give me the whole blender full of smoothie! Usually I get a large plus a small or even medium because the extra why makes it so fluffy and I log it as an entire meal buuuuuut not today! She looked like the manager and said it wasn't her policy but I've been coming to this store very regularly this summer since my kids swim is right down the street and never had this problem! She even REMADE my drinks and it was too much for a large and kids cup, i was like i paid for everything in that blender right? Why cant I have it? She said she'd have to sell me another smoothie??? I've NEVER heard that before! She ended up giving me a refund because she didn't understand that I wanted to add the macros to my app for 2 scoops of whey and that it was mixed into the whole blender! She said I could have a kids cup but didn't seem to get that she put 2 scoops of whey into the blender and if I didn't consume it all, I wouldn't be getting the proper amount of protien for the day, even the people in line where like she paid for it, give it to her, I even offered to pay the 50 cents for a cup but she wanted to charge me for a whole new smoothie with my paid for ingredients!!!! I gave her my number for a coporpote lady since she said she didn't have a number I could give out for her boss and that "it didn't work like that" so I hope posting here and on Google reviews will get me to someone that can help! I've been a REGULAR customer since jamba started and can't believe the experience I just had! I'm literally in my car trying to calm down and go to another jamba because I promised my 3 year old girl who left in tears!
