Today, 12/20/25 and around 3:00PM, I ordered a large smoothie for me and a regular acai bowl for my daughter. It took the two ladies behind the counter over 45 MINUTES to get my drink to me. The place wasn't THAT busy. Maybe 8 customers total. These girls just did not have a handle on things and it caused every single person there at the time to have to wait a similar 45 minutes like myself. I would have given up and let Jamba keep money but my daughter was in my car and super excited for her acai. I likely won't ever come back to this location in the future because I have never in my life waited that long for a smoothie, or food for that matter.
