At this moment it is difficult to keep my verbage from becoming highly foul, though I do not believe my words could out do the quality of slop I was given. I don't usually complain unless it is something completely unacceptable and this so happens to be such an occasion. Totally unaceptable. I have come to this location maybe a handful of times and I've noticed the quality of food does change depending upon the area. With that said I was not happy and I won't be returning. I will let the pics speak for me and you will see why and yes there was something added that was not on the menu.

- AAAna AguirreNov 8, 20251.0Worst experience ever on Oct 18 my family dined in at this pollo loco around 7:40pm worst service ever , the food was good the grill person did a good job with the chicken , but the front persons and manager were rude and disgusting , we moved table because there was no table for a family of 8 , my mom moved it back after we were done eating but the employees were rude and made comments to my mom about how they weren’t supposed to move the table why they leave a mess on the floor (we cleaned up as much as we could especially with kids it gets messy) but then they body shamed her disrespected her infront of her kids and one tried to fight my mom after my mom told them to do their job and provide a service , if you don’t like your job quit don’t make other people uncomfortable you get paid to do a service do it right or let someone that actually wants to work take your place ! We payed for the food $60 worth of food just for us to want to vomit it all for the stress and uncomfortable situation they put us through ,just take out these employees don’t want to do there jobs and most people use drive through so when people dine in they don’t want to do there jobs they want everything easy and handed to them
