Asked for a refund and they said they didn't know how, and replaced the first drink with another try. It was equally as bad. There is a Starbucks down the road, you're better off going there, and I hate Starbucks.

Each time i’ve ordered at 7:20 AM and arrive about 740 and they don’t even start the drink until you arrive for some reason. It’s the only Dutch Bros I’ve ever seen do this . today I checked in and so I thought she would start making my drink which is usually happens only to be waiting for 20 more minutes And then she comes back to the window and asks me what I’m waiting for. I told her my name again and asked her if it was almost ready, and she literally just ignored me and walked away and started making the drink. At this point, I wanted to just leave and say forget it, but there was no time to go anywhere else and I really need a coffee today. A decision I regret because then she rushed, and it taste like shit

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
