I made a mobile order and I get people have been in line but if you're going to promote mobile orders then you have to have a team member I feel just dedicated to those orders. 15 min waiting and some I've seen are longer.

They forget to give the correct number of straws, which is the bare min and annoying, they also forgotten to add the caffeine rebel shots to my drink THREE times in a row, despite me clearly asking them to make sure it was added. Yes the employees are friendly but there is still a level of poor performance. At some point they gotta lock in and pay attention to actually doing the job correctly. Until they get their quality and consistency together, I wouldn’t recommend this location

One day the drinks look and taste good and the next day my drink looks poorly made. A hurry up and buy product. This location needs more veteran baristas or better training regarding making drinks. Would I go there again? Yes, but their inability to make the drink I request without missing ingredients and poor drink presentation is starting to bother me.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
