Restrooms for staff use only. Approximately 20 other people were waiting for their orders as well. It was abysmal, especially watching the staff work very inefficiently. Save yourself the headache and order from a different location.

The girl on the phone explained it would be another 90 minutes because it's Halloween and they were busy. She kept making excuses--claiming there was no way to communicate delays through the app and that delivery times are "based on averages." Frustrated, I hung up since there wasn't much to do but tend to trick-or-treaters. An hour later, my wife received an email that our order had been cancelled. She called back and spoke with the same girl--who identified herself as the manager--and was told the order was cancelled because I hung up on her. No confirmation call. No email. Nothing. The order was already paid for; if we wanted to cancel, we would have done so in the app. When I called back, I asked for her name and for contact info for the owner--just a name or email to file a complaint. She refused, saying she didn't "feel safe" and didn't have to provide it, then made it about her feelings. We've ordered from Domino's for 40 years in five different states--and from this location for the past two. Never again. This so-called "manager" is in way over her head. Shame on Domino's and the owner of this store for letting someone like this represent their brand.

Order a "regular" pizza and it's all good, but I ordered a large cheese steak pizza and there weren't enough toppings to make a sandwich! I literally had to say, "Where's the beef?" Plus, we recently went to Montana and now I know what the spinach and feta bread I usually order should look like - lots of spinach and feta! I won't order anything from here again. I hope it doesn't stop the rest of the family, but it usually does.
