The girl on the phone explained it would be another 90 minutes because it's Halloween and they were busy. She kept making excuses--claiming there was no way to communicate delays through the app and that delivery times are "based on averages." Frustrated, I hung up since there wasn't much to do but tend to trick-or-treaters. An hour later, my wife received an email that our order had been cancelled. She called back and spoke with the same girl--who identified herself as the manager--and was told the order was cancelled because I hung up on her. No confirmation call. No email. Nothing. The order was already paid for; if we wanted to cancel, we would have done so in the app. When I called back, I asked for her name and for contact info for the owner--just a name or email to file a complaint. She refused, saying she didn't "feel safe" and didn't have to provide it, then made it about her feelings. We've ordered from Domino's for 40 years in five different states--and from this location for the past two. Never again. This so-called "manager" is in way over her head. Shame on Domino's and the owner of this store for letting someone like this represent their brand.
