  01/01/2026 Placed an online order. Delivered on time, didn't realize I was missing 2 items until the driver left. Try calling the store, but can only connect to their Ava AI that isn't an AI because it has no abilities to be INTELLIGENT! My phone goes in a loop with Ava for 30 mins because no one at the store will pick up the call. Ava eventually "can no longer hear what you are saying" then hangs up. Missing items 1 - 8pc parmesan chicken wings & 1 - 16pc parmesan bites. Online gives so real solution to my missing around totaling around $15. Not going to waste gas and time driving to the store. I will use Pizza Hut next time.

  Received wrong order. The number to call just went into AI hell. It said I was being transfered to a crew member, but never did. Just went back to the AI.

  The pizza crust is perfection, friendly service and I really enjoyed my first time visiting a Dominos. Will definitely be a return customer.

  Quoted ETA for delivery was 27-47 minutes. Oh, how I wish that was true. The order was placed at 6:46 p.m. By 7:06pm it was being “quality checked”. I can only assume they called in someone from Italy for QA because it sat there for the next 30 minutes being checked. Meaning under a heating lamp if I was lucky. At 7:36 p.m., “Rod” took the order to begin delivery. He must have gone and hit up the plug and did a drop-off for them first because he was driving everywhere but in the direction of my apartment. Finally, at 8:20pm he calls me frantically trying to enter the gate when he was already provided a gate code when I placed the order. He also claimed to want to get my order as fast as possible to me, asking for specific directions as if he wasn’t in Narnia for the last hour with my order. Okay, he’s in, you’d think he would have left my order at my door because he was in such a “rush,” right?? Wrong. He calls me again saying I didn’t answer my door and threatens to take the order back to the store with him. At this point, I’m livid and tell him to leave the cold order at my door. He finally did. An hour and a half after ordering. Highly recommend going elsewhere, not just to a different location, but to another chain altogether. This was an absolute train wreck. I don’t even want to give this one star, but it’s as low as it goes.

  I ordered three pizzas online through PayPal. When I arrived at Domino’s to pick up my order, the cashier told me my food wasn’t ready yet, so I sat down and waited for about 25 minutes. After waiting, I asked the staff what was taking so long. I was then told that my New York–style pizza had been damaged or burned, and they needed to remake it. This was the second time they had messed up my New York–style pizza. I also noticed my other two pizzas were already sitting out, and at that point I no longer wanted them. I asked if I could get a refund since I had waited for so long and two pizzas had already been ruined. I also saw several other ruined pizzas stacked on top of the oven that night. The employee told me the money would go back to my account, and I took her word for it. I never received my refund this took place on 10/20/2025
