My son and I were spoken to rudely, and I also witnessed other customers behind us being treated the same way. We thought it was just an employee but it was the manger herself. The tone and attitude from management were completely unacceptable, especially for someone in a leadership position. I’ve never been treated like that in any fast food restaurant, and it left a very negative impression. This location needs serious improvement in customer service and management conduct.
