The general manager was in and he told me he wasn't giving me the bathroom code because it was on the receipt. I told him I was going to order to dine in and he said I'm not giving you the code but I can unlock the door. That's fine I understand rules but how he said it was rude and dismissive like he didn't want to be bother. 10 minutes after that a homeless woman came in someone gave her code to bathroom with no problem and after she got out she was putting her hand all in the ice machine. If you guys are going to have a rule it should apply to everyone. The other staff were nice and the store manager was too but that general manager needs Customer Service training.
