  I'm really tired of going here and always finding hardly anything in the containers and everything looks like it's been sitting there for hours. Again the customers are paying so much money for food they expect to go in and get fresh yummy food. Please do better because without us there is no you.

  This location WAS my favorite including the staff. They have new personnel that take their serving sizes seriously instead of making customers happy. My husband and I have questioned the employees serving our bowl if they were paying for our meal because when we say double protein that thing is literally being weighed on the spoon. Imagine $5 for extra meat only to have 5 more peices scooped in your bowl. RIDICULOUS. It's not worth over 10 bucks anymore, I'm so disappointed how low Chipotle has gotten throughout the years. I'm still hungry after a bowl from here and that NEVER EVER happened in the past. PLZ GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!! White girl with glasses had an attitude last time. She ALMOST charged us triple just because I mentioned her scoops were very small in portion. Please don't hire employees like that if you want customers to keep coming. I've been a loyal customer since this location opened and customer service has always been great until the new ones started. Update 1/22/26 Scott thank you for attempting to helo but please see new picture of chipotle customer service declining to help. Even Chipotle customer service, is so unprofessional. Waste of time, it's so frustrating. I will happily just take my money elsewhere.
