I thought maybe it was just a fluke visit the first time, but if happened again today. Not worth the money and I feel like everyone hear always has an attitude problem. I think I'll pass on Chipotle all together at this point. Too many inconsistencies lately.

When I mark on my end that the order is still being prepared they lie and say it’s ready for pickup to save their ratings which is totally against door dashes TOS for merchants. I will be emailing DoorDash about this so they can launch an investigation because you’re putting the drivers jobs on the line to save your ratings!!!

Especially when you pay almost $15 for a simple bowl and burrito, minus the guac still, it’s pushing $20 with guac. But they give tiny tiny little portions at this location now. And on top of that the staff looks unhappy to help. I get it you don’t have to be happy all the time but at least a little more social when helping rather than having a mug face. The new location at arena blvd is much better now, they would never ration that hard. Don’t recommend this place if you want your moneys worth.
