Today I went in and placed my usual order and was really disappointed to be told by a young woman at the counter that an additional vinaigrette is now almost 2 dollars. I've never been charged for them before and have been to this location more times than I can count. If only ONE employee is gonna charge it creates a really poor customer service experience. So I was surprised. She could've said "im sorry about that and we should have been charging you apologies for the misunderstanding or something?? instead she was just rude and honestly did not care. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location. I don't care if it's 2 dollars or 20 it's the principle, work on your customer service.
