I told the employee Susana (who had an attitude) I want my sandwich plain I’m allergic to certain food. they still put it on my sandwich, I went back and told them I said pain on the sandwich i’m ALLERGIC. I watched another young lady just try to scrape what I’m allergic to off the sandwich. Will be contacting corporate because I can die from something like this.

This sounds fine unless you ordered your food online and they stare at you Instead of just giving you the food that’s already made. Then had an attitude on top of it all. So food was cold and she refused to refund

The cashier working on 12/13/2025 around 1:15 PM was the most disrespectful customer service representative I’ve ever encountered. I’m not usually a fan of fast food, but I decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, it turned into the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. She was rushing through the orders, got it wrong, and when I pointed it out, instead of fixing the issue, she simply said “I don’t care.” That response alone shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.
