  My order got messed up and Karan was able to figure out how he can provide great customer service. I’m happy he was able to remake the order for us. Also the cooks did a good job making sure it was made fresh and correctly. Thank you

  One employee He was working before in Bollywood pizza He fired from there because his dealing with the customer is not good. He always fight with the DoorDash guys and he also he start the same work here when I tell him he give me the Threat He reach upto my car and threat me Many time I ask everybody who is working there I wanna talk to the owner what time I can see him, but nobody tell me the right time and even they did not provide me the phone number for the owner

  I actually live above the location. A few weeks ago one of the employees started parking their motorcycle outside the restaurant. No big deal. What is a big deal, however, is that every night that employee works, when they are leaving the restaurant at midnight, they absolutely barrel through the parking lot making as much noise with their motorcycle as humanly possible. It has woken up my sleeping 1 year old at least 4 times since the got the bike. Tonight specially, he seemed to be showing off to someone and rode up and down the parking lot 3 times while I was walking my dogs and the noise was insane. It’s incredibly disrespectful and inconsiderate and it reflects extremely poorly on the restaurant as a whole. We always appreciate having such good restaurants literally at our door step but BWW has put a bad taste in our mouth.
