We came in because we saw the good reviews, but our experience was the complete opposite. We ordered the food platter (almost $100), and the meat came out cold. Even the taste of the food was disappointing — nothing like the reviews made it seem. But the worst part? Something absolutely horrifying happened — the table next to us suddenly yelled out that they saw a rat under our feet, and they also pointed out there were rat traps under our booth. That is beyond disgusting and shows this is an ongoing problem. I am extremely scared of rats so to hear the table next to us yell there’s a rat under my feet was super disgusting and terrifying!! I was having a panic attack standing on top of the their booth sofa. Crazy how a restaurant is charging nearly $100 for a platter but can’t even keep the place clean or sanitary? Completely unacceptable, unsafe, and honestly traumatizing. I do NOT recommend coming here. Save your money and go somewhere that values cleanliness, quality, and basic customer safety.

No evidence that they had been cooked in a smoker for more than an hour or so, shoe-leather tough, no more than a handful of bites on each rib, for $38. Texas BBQ this is not. Since the sides were very good, we might try once more and get the pulled pork, but... probably not.

The food is consistently delicious, flavorful, and freshly prepared. I was emailed a coupon and it made our decision about where to pick up dinner! My only small suggestion would be to avoid placing a side salad in the same container as a hot BBQ sandwich — by the time I got home, the salad had warmed up a bit. Other than that, everything has been perfect! Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic, mouthwatering BBQ!
