We drove past several establishments and we just didn't feel like standing in line on such a beautiful day. So Baskin-Robbins was a wonderful choice. Not a lot of people, plenty to choose from and it was well worth the stop. If you ever decide to visit Baskin-Robbins, it's a flavor ice cream with nuts that is really, really good.

On a previous visit I had asked about a flavor they had a few days before, and they apologized, said it got rotated out, but they'd check the back for me since I had wanted a quart of it. They ended up finding it in the back freezer, enough for a quart and little extra if I wanted. I still ordered the quart. Since it was in the back freezer, it was much colder and frozen than anything up front. The employee didn't let that stop them, and worked to get everything out to pcl the quart, apologizing all the way for the time it was taking which I tried to assure them it was fine. They've always been honest and upfront with any information you want to know. After a dissapointing visit to my closest Baskin Robbins, I contacted this one and asked the same question. They gave me every bit of info they could about it. When they expected it in, if they expected it in. Etc. Always clean whenever I visit. Always friendly.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
