Got my single adult scoop in a waffle cone. I forgot how giant the cones were! They’re a great size, and the scoop wasn’t small. Filled the cone. I was worried it wouldn’t, so I’m glad they proved me wrong. Definitely worth the price. **P.S. The review below me gave them a bad rating because of a COUNTY-WIDE power outage. They don’t control that. No one knew what was going on or why random places and random homes in different North and South communities had a power outage. That’s not a Baskin-Robbin’s issue. SMUD gave no explanation either. Extremely weird. I think that guy was just having a bad day and took it out on Baskin-Robbin’s.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
