- NDNatalie DillonJul 9, 20251.0I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with this location. If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a birthday cake for pick up approximately one week later. I called first and spoke to one of the staff telling them what I wanted and they directed me to their website. I then ordered online to pickup on Saturday at 5. I arrived at 5:30 on my way to the party to be told that the cake decorator quit a week and a half ago and they didn’t have my cake ready. I asked why no one told me when I called to order, or called my phone number associated with the online order and there was no valid reason. She then offered to decorate the cake but it would be twenty minutes. I waited as I had no option since the party was starting and I was bringing the cake. 20 min later a different employee brought the cake out and I have never seen a cake decorated so poorly, glops of colored frosting dripping down the side of the cake. I wish I took a picture. The writing was barely legible. It literally looked like a 4 year old had decorated it. This employee was embarrassed to even present it to me offering to refund the $50 for the cake. I will never order anything from this location!! Horrific management!!!!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
