- JJJaime JohnsonDec 9, 20181.0I absolutely love Baskin Robbins and I’m a regular at every nearby location. This location is by far the worst one I’ve been to. They are constantly selling me a shake with an inch from the top. And I’ve come in a few minutes before what should be closing just to find they already closed early and would not serve me. Not to mention the last time I ate from here I became violent ill which I didn’t even know one could get food poisoning from ice cream. I don’t think I can even bring myself to come back. So disappointing. ***UPDATE*** I went back to talk to a manager about my experience. He said most people don’t like their milkshakes full so they don’t fill them up all the way anymore. I told him I got sick and he said no because they just opened the container and served it. He was completely uncaring and excused my experiences completely. The fact that he won’t do anything about me getting sick is disturbing. The container could be contaminated and he couldn’t care less. Haven’t been back since and don’t intend to ever return.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
