  Went through the drive-thru and wasn’t sure what to order at first. I initially ordered a bowl, thinking it was a salad. The employee seemed a bit annoyed with my indecision and asked if I wanted a bowl or salad. I switched to a salad, and she offered to add rice and beans underneath it, which I agreed to. However, after paying for what was essentially a loaded salad, I received a regular salad without the rice and beans as described. The experience felt rushed and the order didn’t match what was promised.

  Chicken, portions and flavor are not even %50.percent of the quantity and quality how it used to be when Pollo loco was when they first opened up

  Great grilled chicken. A bit slow on getting out the food, but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't an issue. Clean facilities. Plenty of seating. Good price to food ratio. Also, plenty of healthy options.

  Actually loved the food I had my friend who is from Guatemala she knows Mexican foods n all So we went over there to eat I ate Classic Chicken Tostada which was really delicious 🤤

  Mis combo de tres tacos al carbón 🌮🌮🌮 estaban con presentación, principalmente porque el cilantro estaba muy bonito y fresco, el pollo estaba en su punto, no tan seco ni tan húmedo perfecto para mí, el servicio que obtuve por medio de quien me haya atendido me encantó, porque me dio opciones de escoger mi salsa y la cantidad, regularme no me preguntan sólo ponen las que quieren y cuantas quieren… ¡Muchas Gracias! Así después no tengo que desperdiciar nada Que tengan un buen inicio de semana todos ustedes ¡Felíz Lunes!
