- CBChris B.6 days ago4.0The drinks here are always on the sweeter side, just a heads up. For first time drive thru goers its important to know someone will walk up to you and take your order. My 1st experience w/ dutch bros was at a different location and the employees there were too busy socializing so my friend jumped out and ordered at the window. That experience kept me away from this location for a long time before I took another chance years later. Overall good place for new age coffee and drinks. Don't expect traditional stuff like a flat white or cortado here. I don't think they are classically trained baristas. I could be wrong but I asked for a flat white before and I got a deer in the headlights look. These guys love dogs and sometimes offer pup cups to my two dogs. Overall a good experience at this location.

The girl working the drive-through was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She went out of her way to ask if I needed any help, which meant more than she probably realized. You don’t come across customer service, or genuine kindness, like that very often. The coffee she made was excellent, too! Thank you for turning a really stressful morning into a better one.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
