  I walked thru the front door. Alone. To have breakfast alone. And when I walked thru the day another patron in the restaurant said he’s gonna beat my ass. He gonna kill me. He’s goonakill my kids. All cause I walked thru the door. And they kicked me out lol. And allowed that patron and his group to continue being inside. Insane behavior. I walked in alone. I was threatened by multiple people. And they kicked me up and let them stay. Insane.

  Nothing fancy. Good food, great prices, and very good staff/service. Great place to meet up with friends. I've been here more than a dozen times and never disappointed. Early bird morning special is the best in town that I'm aware of.

  Cornerstone Cafe & Bar is a hidden gem! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they really care about quality and consistency. The service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being over the top. The atmosphere is cozy, stylish, and perfect whether you’re grabbing a casual meal or meeting friends. Everything felt well thought out, from the menu to the overall experience. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend!

  [Happy Hour] Walked in during Happy Hour on a calm-before-the-storm Thursday, hours before the energetic karaoke night that typically starts around 8PM. The calming, clean atmosphere offered a great spot to grab a quality well drink, and endorphin-pleasing amount of food (shout out to the Mini Filthy Chicken Fries, which were quite generous and aesthetically pleasing, Emilano in the kitchen did this presentation proud). Given the timing of the happy hour. I noticed the bartender succeeded in being consistent with the atmosphere (calm, cool down, yet engaging) and went above and beyond. 🪪They endured no transients loitered in and respectfully got them to leave without incident or notice to other patrons inside at the time. 🍻 With the banter of a patron, succeed in another with a classy upsell of another drink given the value—what made this particular upsell a quality value, he recommended the 2nd drink be kept in the fridge and ready upon request to keep the drink cool(especially on a hot, spring or summer day). 🫧A potential patron walked in, requesting water for their dog in a to-go cup—happily accommodated. In addition to the quality and speed of service, this establishment is keen on being a quality space to build community outside of their events (Gaming Wednesdays, Karaoke Thursdays, Redlight District on Weekends). What else is impressive is the cleanliness of the booths, bar area, tables, and restrooms. They clean their glasses and dishes swiftly after a plate or glass is finished.

  [Day time] Breakfast and Brunch options are plentiful and perfectly portioned for enjoyment and fulfillment. Variety of seating and socializing settings to convene. Clean, calm, and relaxing during the day with easy going music, swift order-to-table times (with their dedicated app and rewards program). High tables and bars for standing and elevated seating, booths and tables for intimate,socially engaging, and comfortable seating Breakfast burrito excellently distributed in terms of ingredient arrangement and how well it holds when cut in half. Onion rings were perfectly fried, freshly made, gratifying crunch and crisp with each, bready bite. Overall, the food is delicious (shout out to Emilano for preparing consistently delicious dishes), the atmosphere is superb for a first and or destination stop for dining and/or bar hopping, the staff are friendly, engaging, and appealing, and restrooms are exceptionally clean.
