- LLLeila2 days ago3.0They always bless up in my burrito since all I get is rice and beans, by dang it's expensive these days... And I've never been called out for using a water cup to get soda 😳that's extra points, sorry I'm broke! ✌️✌️✌️ They did give me a burrito once with JUST rice and that made me cry, but that was doordash, probably not their fault🦄🦄🦄

- LLlanaMar 23, 20263.0this isn't the best place. the recently, the rice has been almost fully raw- it's basically not cooked. the portions are pretty small, asked for extra rice- and the lady gave a slight bit more. the lettuce did seem a bit old and turning red/yellow. overall, it used to be so much better, but now it's not.

I'm not one to seek out a manager or supervisor to berate them. I avoid things like that at all cost. Lunch time at this location was very busy so slowing down the line to complain would have been wrong (to me). I ordered a salad with double chicken & steak, pinto beans, salsa, and cheese. EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF STEAK WAS NOT CHEWABLE. I should have taken a picture of all the napkin pieces that had fat (from the so called steak) discarded that I was throwing away. It was the WORST steak I've ever had at a Chipotle establishment. I'm really hoping upper management sees this review and address this disgusting practice quickly. I'm so disappointed with this particular location.

But the door was open and I knocked to let them know I was there. Only to have one of the girls point at the door and shout they were closed. I explained I was there for an order and just was letting them know . Only for her to shout again they were closed and to come back at 10:45am. It was extremely rude and regardless if the food isn't mine I dont deserve to be treated like that.
