  I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Chipotle location here. The customer service alone was enough to make me not want to return, but the food quality made it even worse. The employee helping me was visibly frustrated during the BOGO deal on Friday the 13th, and took it out on customers. I ordered steak tacos, and they were made incredibly sloppy with barely any meat, literally just a few pieces in each taco. When I politely asked for a bit more, I was told it would be “double meat,” which I agreed to, but the portion was still nowhere near acceptable. Things got worse when the tacos started falling apart while being wrapped. Instead of remaking them properly, the employee scooped the fallen toppings back into a soggy tortilla. When I asked if they could remake it, I was met with a sarcastic response telling me it was my fault for “ordering too many toppings.” Completely unprofessional. By the time I got home, the tacos were completely inedible—just mush. I ended up throwing the entire meal away. Between the rude service and the poorly made food, this was a complete waste of money. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  I went in on Tuesday around 7 to get some food and was treated rudely by a slow worker who seemed like she hated being there. She had some unique moles under her nose. She is rude and shouldn’t work in customer service. She has no manners..

  I’ve had repeated issues at this location during the night shift. Each time I place an order, there is unnecessary confusion, and my items are often rung up incorrectly, sometimes at a higher price than expected. It usually takes multiple employees and even the manager to fix the order. While the manager is helpful, the ongoing mistakes and delays make the experience frustrating. I hope this can be addressed so customers can be served accurately and respectfully.
