I visited the Auburn Blvd Sacramento location (store #5040), and from the moment I got in line, one employee had a nasty attitude toward multiple customers. When it was my turn, I simply asked for fresh food and pointed to the next item I wanted—she told me to “move my hand” in a rude tone. When I calmly asked why she was being rude, she pushed my food to the side and said, “He can help you,” refusing to serve me. Completely unprofessional. What made it worse is that when I told another staff member what happened, they acted like they didn’t care at all and continued serving other customers. No accountability whatsoever. On top of that: • The restaurant was not clean (floors and counters needed attention) • The food was not hot or fresh • Employees were not wearing name tags, and the employee involved seemed to intentionally hide her name The only positive part of my visit was the cashier, who was kind and respectful. Chipotle, your service has gone downhill at this location. Customers deserve respect, clean environments, and fresh food. This needs to be addressed.

The food was not the best quality either. The pastor chicken was very slimy. The lettuce was wilted and the chips were stale. I wouldn't visit here again.
