  We were trying to look for a play area,while on a road trip, and the pictures showed one. Unfortunately this location dose NOT have one.

  3.26.26. Thursday ( Crysty, red head). My experience with the Customer Service, cleanliness, and food was divine. It was pure perfection. What ruined it was this homeless bum that came around harassing me and one of the workers outside. I am very non tolerant of homeless, crazy and dangerous bums, I was attacked before and hit in the head and given a concussion. What I do appreciate though, is how the Security guard was on top of it. Keep up the awesome job guys!😊

  Like many Chick-Fil-As, this place was busy. However, there was no reduction in the quality and speed of the staff, nastiness of the food, and cleanliness of the restaurant area and restroom.

  We came here through drive thru got 2 cob salads I ask for 2 regular ranch and 2 apple cider Vinaigrette they gave me 4 advacoda ranch I was pissedthats not what we ask for and we told them twice and they still put the wrong dressings so we had to eat our salads with no dressing this not the first time they did that then we ask #1 chicken sandwich plain and no salt on fries they put salt and they put lettuce,cheese tomatoes, Pickle I want my remade I'm disappointed and they need to put the right stuff in Bagan pay attention and do better I'm so mad about my food I paid $36 that's not ok I want the District manger of this location to call me thanks3/13/26 at 8pm

  Today i went to this location n after what i’ve encountered ,i know ill never go bk , that Hispanic girl in the left driveway at (3 pm )(March 13)was so rude ,i tried to give her my order n she kept looking away with a hostile demeanor , i asked her if she was ok n she asked me if i had a problem 😳(replay the cameras ) i was so astonished !! i asked her if i did something wrong , she went further n said go to the window to order !! im like can i speak to a manager ?she said whatever!!!! n called one . Danielle( manager ) came , the girl whispered something to her n she seem to comply ,cause i told her the situation n she basically called me a liar 😳she said i know my staff n she would never do that !!u can go to the window n order n im like wait what’s going on !!? I went to the window n they had an order with coke , i did nt order that 😳 , therefore i asked for another manager n he was kind . Wow that’s my last time at Arden location , these two associates are spoiling Chick-fil-A’s reputation , replace them with the nice associates u had before cause they are rude, unprofessional n hostile smh 😏 Chick-fi-A is known for professionalism ,they aren’t cutting it at all, i won’t be eating this food i’m scared .Send this to Corporate plz !!
