The 1st time they didn't put any sauces on the sandwich, when I called after leaving they said I needed to request it. This time I ordered the grilled chicken and asked for mayo and mustard as I went through the drive thru. Once I was on the freeway and opened the bag the sandwich was served without dressing (packets just thrown in the bag). The chicken was cold, dry (overcooked?) and hard. I only took 3 bites before finding somewhere else to eat down the interstate
