Usually we order just fine here but today it a lot longer than usual for our online order to be ready. Walked in at 6pm which is when app said order would be ready. Employee said they just needed to bag the order. 20 minutes later she brings out my order. No napkins or condiments or ranch that we ordered. Had to go back into the store and wait an additional 5 minutes for those items. Employees need to be more up front about wait times.

I came here as a secret shopper last week, and boy did they fail. Firstly, I must note that this location has some of ghe laziest, rudest, and unprofessional people on their payroll. Clearly, we are inconveniencing them by eating there, even though that is what a restaurant is for. They fail to mention anywhere that they in fact close at 11pm, not 12am, that even goes for water. One party came in while I was there, apparently knowing this from past experience, so they called ahead of time as so they could place the order prior to the 11pm cutoff. They were misinformed that they would be able to dine in even though the order was placed over the phone. I saw the workers literally take all that food and throw it away in the back trash can. 6 other parties walked in between 11:02pm and 11:34pm, and all of them were told that BOTH the kitchen and bar close at 11pm. I was very appalled at their poor service. The employees were literally waiting to go home. Literally just standing around, not cleaning, not anything. As a former restaurateur, I believe the first thing to a operating a successful restaurant, is providing exceptional service. People will forget bad food if the service is great. People will also forget great food if the service is terrible. This is the hospitality industry, yet this place is the least hospitable location. They need to undergo a major revamp, with new employees from management to servers, otherwise, it will probably be shut down within a year or two.

Insanely expensive for food that's not very good. I can't believe how expensive this place has gotten, it's not worth it for how mid it is.

UPDATED: Came to watch Sweet 16. Absolute regret. Literally all 6 of us are home with either severe stomach pains, vomiting, and major bowl movements. Something is definitely wrong back in the kitchen. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Buffalo Wild Wings has fallen off hard. What used to be a go-to spot for decent food and solid service is now a disappointment almost every visit. The service is slow, unorganized, and feels understaffed or just careless. Orders come out wrong, drinks sit empty, and you’re left wondering if anyone actually cares. The food quality has dropped drastically. Wings are smaller, overcooked or soggy, sauces are inconsistent, and sides taste like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp way too long. Nothing feels fresh anymore, and it definitely doesn’t feel worth the wait. What makes it worse is that while quality and service keep going downhill, the prices are going up to an absurd level. You’re paying premium prices for fast-food quality and subpar service. It’s honestly wild how much they charge now compared to what you actually get. To make situations worse, the volume on the TVs were unnecessarily loud. We couldn't hear each other talk Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings is becoming a place I actively avoid. Until they fix their service, improve food quality, and bring prices back to reality, there are way better options out there for wings and sports bars.
