(Not all BRs are the same). MOST times service is pretty awesome. Staff usually makes small talk & smiles. But lately (last couple of months), staff doesn't seem very happy to help. It almost feels awkward asking for a sample bcuz ur making them go out of their way. You work at an an ice cream shoppe, your job is to scoop happiness. That makes people happy but no happy feelings here. Also, they've been running out of this & that. Ice cream flavors, sauces, etc. Not leaving a fully satisfied customer. Currently BR is offering $6 banana splits & they keep running out of bananas before 8pm. Like, WTH! Must be only this store bcuz we called the next closest location (Natomas Crossing), they answered happily, confirmed they were well stocked, so we went there instead. Didn't care to drive the extra 4 miles. Being out of stock causes loss of business & prosperity for the community; even trickles down to the staff. Hope they work on this before summer.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
